Mountain Mover

Head for the foothills of Table Mountain to enjoy an exhilarating downhill descent on the Monster Mountain® Scooters. Let gravity do the work as you weave, you’re way towards the city bowl on gravel roads and mountain trails. We’ll combine this exhilarating experience with the Escape+Explore pop up Wild Fynbos Café to enjoy the sunrise as it lights up the face of Table Mountain.


If you can ride a bike you can ride a 4×4 Scooter.


Tame The Lion

Circle Lions Head to a viewpoint (not the top) on an invigorating morning hike taking in 360 degree views of the Atlantic Seaboard, City Bowl and Table Mountain. Sit back with some breakfast treats watching the sunrise over the city bowl before circling back down the mountain.


Anyone who can hike at a steady pace for 1 hour. There is a steep incline and not suitable for those who suffer from vertigo.


Glow Rider

GLOW UP your kayaking game and cruise through the V&A Waterfront canals in your very own neon light-up canoe! Departing from the One&Only Cape Town, experience Cape Town’s stunning sunrise and cityscape from a whole new perspective.


No previous Kayak Experience needed. You will be under guidance and the aim is to stay dry. However you need to be a confident swimmer.


Pedal the Prom

Join the locals making the most of the fresh Atlantic sea air for an invigorating kick start to the day. Cycle retro tandem bikes (don’t worry we’ll find you a partner!). Admire the art installations, gaze across to Robben Island as you cruise along the seafront promenade.


Competent bike riders of all fitness levels the pace will be leisurely with stops to enjoy the view enroute.


Suns Up, Buns Up

Get ready to rise and shine with our exclusive breathwork and yoga session at a secret location! Our expert yoga guide will lead you through a dynamic sequence designed to invigorate your mind and body, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized for the day ahead.


All Yoga standards will be catered for on the day.


Morning Glory

A unique and playful way to start the day with our “A Bit on the Side” motorbike and sidecar adventure. Ride along the stunning Atlantic Seaboard as the city comes alive. Pull into the Escape+Explore pop up Wild Fynbos Cafe for a hot drink as the sun rises over the city. Look the part in a retro jacket and helmet provided, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind whistle stop tour of Cape Town.


For wanna be McQueens and James Deans! No prior motorbike skills needed sit back and enjoy the ride.



*WRAP UP WARM* we cannot reiterate how crucial it will be to wrap up warm. Pre-sunrise expect 8-12C; 45–55F


Good trainers as you’ll need to ‘Scooter’ the flat bits. Wear layers as you will be out in the open and we will spend some time taking in the view, sunrise and hot drink! Refreshments will be provided.


Good trainers (hiking shoes can be worn but not essential). Wear layers as the temperature in May is hard to predict, warm fleece or jumper, water-proof jacket if you have one. Water and hiking snacks will be provided.


Swimming shorts, leggings or similar, light top and non-absorbent warmer top. Spare warm clothes including tracksuit or trousers and a warm top. Towels Provided.


Good trainers. Wear layers as the temperature in May is hard to predict, warm fleece or jumper. Overly baggy trousers may get caught on the bike. Helmets, refreshments and breakfast treats will be provided.


Comfortable, breathable clothes are recommended with a shirt that is a little bit form-fitting to stop it sliding down in certain yoga poses. Come dressed warm. Yoga mats, blankets and refreshment will be provided.


Come dressed warm this is an open air ride. Whilst jackets are provided bring your own warm top as well in case the one supplied does not fit. Retro Jackets, Helmets, Rain Ponchos (if needed) are provided. We’ll stop for hot drinks and breakfast treats enroute.
