Tame The Lion

Circle Lions Head to a viewpoint (not the top) on an invigorating morning hike taking in 360 degree views of the Atlantic Seaboard, City Bowl and Table Mountain. Sit back with some breakfast treats watching the sunrise over the city bowl before circling back down the mountain.

Anyone who can hike at a steady pace for 1 hour. There is a steep incline and not suitable for those who suffer from vertigo.

Start of Lions Head Hike

SUP the City

Paddle through the early morning mist on the V&A Waterfront Canal system while the sun rises over Cape Town. Starting with some coffee and a briefing on the water’s edge at Reuben’s Terrace, part of the One&Only Cape Town, we paddle silently through the exclusive canals to a magnificent view of Table Mountain being lit up by the morning sun.

NO prior Stand Up Paddle experience needed. This will be flat water with a short induction to the sport. You need to be a confident swimmer.

One&Only Cape Town

Pedal the Prom

Join the locals making the most of the fresh Atlantic sea air for an invigorating kick start to the day. Cycle retro tandem bikes (don’t worry we’ll find you a partner!). Admire the art installations, gaze across to Robben Island as you cruise along the seafront promenade.

Competent bike riders of all fitness levels the pace will be leisurely with stops to enjoy the view enroute.

Start Location

Grand Africa Beach Café (V&A Waterfront)

Atlantic Outlook

Set off under the cover of darkness in stable double kayaks to watch the sunrise strike Table Mountain from the water. Paddling in an area popular with dolphins, hopefully we will be joined by a marine local or two. The perfect way to get a whole new perspective of Cape Town.

No prior Kayak experience needed as we will be using sociable double, stable kayaks. You need to be a confident swimmer.

Start Location

Grand Africa Beach Café (V&A Waterfront)

Rise & Shine

From the Grand Café join our adventure yoga guide on the private inner-city beach enjoying the unique experience of a breathwork and yoga session on the water’s edge to the buzz of the city waking up around you. The emphasis will be waking up and rejuvenating the body and mind. There will be the chance to join other sunrise adventurers as they return from the ocean and trails to assure a great vibey start to your day.

All Yoga standards will be catered for on the day.
