09:30 AM – Short walk or take provided transfer to DHL Stadium.

Secret Sunrise Breakfast
This is where the morning comes alive.
For We Are Africa Local, Grand Africa Café & Beach turns into a full Secret Sunrise session. Silent disco pumping, coffee flowing, ocean on your doorstep.
Coming back from an adventure or just arriving early to catch the vibe, this is your space. Grab some breakfast, throw on a headset, and get into the music before the day kicks off.
Move between breakfast bites, ice baths, and a mobile sauna. Warm up, cool down, dance, reset.
Suitability
Open to all. No schedule. No pressure. Just a proper start before the show begins.
YACHT CRUISE
Sunrise Sea Beats
Setting sail from the V&A in the dark aboard a cutting edge 40 foot catamaran. As the city sleeps, you’re off to catch the first light hitting the mountain – a unique perspective for a unique morning.
On deck, it’s not just about the view; we’ve got breakfast treats to savour on the water. But what’s a morning at sea without some tunes? Step into our interactive music experience, where the beats of Africa keep the vibe alive.
This mix of scenery, flavours and music makes it one to remember. An unforgettable way to start the day.
Suitability
Anyone who enjoys a good view, sea air and is not afraid to let it loose to the beat of Africa!
CLASSIC OPEN TOP CAR RIDE
Breeze, Speed & Storytelling
Buckle up for a thrill-filled sunrise ride as you’re whisked off in a classic open-top Cobra sports car along Cape Town’s most scenic coastal roads. With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and rugged cliffs on the other, this is a front-row seat to the city’s most iconic drive. Along the way, enjoy a coffee stop with a view and a story-filled pitstop where you’ll hear the untold tales of the Cape the secrets, the legends, and the echoes of the past from the road less travelled.
Suitability
For anyone who loves the wind in their (bed) hair and the thrill of the open road without having to drive!
CYCLE OR RETRO ELECTRIC SCOOTER
Ride the Atlantic Promenade
Join locals out on the Atlantic Promenade, making the most of the fresh sea air to kick start the day. Pedal it or go electric, with easy cruising bicycles or fun retro electric scooters that bring a bit of Super Mario energy along the way.
Roll past public art, take in the views across to Robben Island, and watch the city wake up along the seafront. It’s a relaxed, social way to experience this stretch of coastline.
Finish off with breakfast treats and a hot sauna for those who are keen.
Suitability
Comfortable for competent riders of all fitness levels. The pace is easy, with plenty of stops along the way to take it all in.
HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORBIKE RIDE
Ride with the Rebels
Roll out on a pack of Harley Davidsons riding alongside the classic Cobra sports cars, along one of the most scenic routes on the continent.
You’re on the back with experienced Harley riders, so you can take it all in. No need to think about the road, just hold on and be part of the crew as you move along the Atlantic Seaboard. The rumble of the bikes, the wind off the ocean, and the city coming alive around you.
We’ll pull in for a proper local coffee stop. Swap a few stories, then back on the bikes.
A raw, high-energy way to experience Cape Town.
Suitability
If you’re up for the rumble of a Harley and a bit of attitude, you’re good to go. No riding required, just sit back and enjoy it.
MOTORBIKE & SIDE CAR
Wild & Free
A unique and playful way to start the day with our “A Bit on the Side” motorbike and sidecar adventure. Ride along the stunning Atlantic Seaboard as the city comes alive. There will be a few stories told while you stop to take in the morning vistas. Look the part in a retro jacket and helmet provided, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind whistle-stop tour of Cape Town.
Suitability
For wanna be McQueens and James Deans! No prior motorbike skills needed sit back and enjoy the ride.
OCEAN KAYAK
Atlantic Adventure
Kick off your morning with an unforgettable kayak on the Atlantic Ocean. Paddle in stable, sociable double kayaks as Cape Town’s coastline comes alive in the morning light, with Table Mountain as a stunning backdrop. This stretch of water is a favourite hangout for dolphins so don’t be surprised if a few marine locals join the fun. It’s the ultimate way to start the day with a splash of adventure.
Suitability
No prior kayaking experience needed – we’ll be using sociable, stable double kayaks. You do need to be a confident swimmer. Please bring a change of clothes. Changing facilities (no showers) are available at Grand Africa Café & Beach.

Breakfast & Meeting Point
- A light, healthy breakfast with fresh coffee and refreshments will be served after your adventure.
- All activities meet at Grand Africa Café & Beach, except the Yacht Cruise, which meets separately.
- Mats and blankets provided.
- After your breakfast, shuttles will take you directly to the Stadium, arriving in good time for your meetings.
Activity-Specific Guidelines
YACHT CRUISE
Dress warmly for the sea breeze. Post-cruise shuttles direct to the stadium are available.
BIKE
Good trainers, layers recommended. No lycra required this is a casual social ride.
WELLNESS
Comfortable clothes for some light stretches. Mats’ and blankets provided.
MOTORBIKE & SIDE CAR
Dress warmly; jackets, helmets, and rain ponchos provided.
CLASSIC CAR RIDE
Wrap up warm. Your vehicle is open topped.
KAYAK
Wear a warm layer, and be prepared to get a little wet — a change of clothes is recommended. The kayaks are stable double kayaks, and the pace will be relaxed and enjoyable.
